Storylines Author Visit

Today New Windsor Junior School had a visit from the author Swapna Haddow. She read us one of her new books. What a fantastic experience for our children! Her new book was called My Dad is a Grizzly Bear. After she had read the book to the children she taught them step by step how to draw a Grizzly Bear.

The children's drawings are fantastic and unique to each child with their own special names given to them by each child.

We are learning that fractions are part of a whole and we need to share fractions equally.

We are also learning to justify our answers to our peers.
